Sometimes that means arranging landscapers for a focused exterior refresh. Sometimes
coordinating a dumpster for a clean-out so the home feels open and intentional. Sometimes
bringing in a trusted subcontractor for a targeted repair that improves buyer confidence
Presentation & Positioning
Choosing the right photographer matters. Proper lighting, clean composition, and accurate
representation create credibility and engagement.
We determine whether physical staging adds value, or whether digital staging provides clarity
without unnecessary expense. These are positioning decisions, not cosmetic ones.
